SnappyFORMS’ templates are easy to use, you can add your own logo, company information, change form titles and edit every aspect of the form to fit your particular business needs, using MS Word's editing tools. Forms have been prepared to be easy to use and/or modify to your business requirements, and with our professional designs you'll impress your customers and enhance your company image.

You not only get a standard (blank) MS Word template but get up to 2 more*! One with text boxes that contains pre-typed sample text in the form fields that you can replace with your own text and another template allowing you to navigate the form, from field to field using your tab and arrow keys. Try all three and see which is best for you to get you up and filling out forms quickly -you can't go wrong!

 
  Each form is bundled with the following files:
1 standard (original) business forms template for use with Word. (.doc, .dot &.rtf, 1 file for each Word file format)

In addition, you also get these other templates: (one -or both):

1 MS Word (in .doc, .dot & .rtf formats) form template with ready to fill-in-the-blanks using sample text placed in the form to get you up and running, all you need to do is replace the sample text with your own! Very easy to use.


1 MS Word template (.dot, .doc, rtf formats) with text form fields that allow you to navigate the form using the tab and arrow keys to jump to the editable areas as you fill out the form. As with all our other templates they come complete with Word styles & Formatting. A template offering fastest fill-in features and best security.

Form Color:
Forms come in a variety of colors (see product options) but remember, regardless of the color that you choose, you can always print your business form in black by forcing the printer to print document as black (using black ink cartridge only)

File Protection:
None, period. Our forms come completely unprotected/unlocked, they may be fully edited, saved to your computer and used over and over again.

 
SOFTWARE PACKAGING:
You will receive the complete template package via electronic delivery as soon as online processor approves your order, it arrives Zip format and you may use WinZip to decompress the archive -or use one of the many other unzipping utilities found in the Internet. Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com, and we do offer free document conversion in case you'd like to use it on another application not listed above, limited to conversion capability.


For use with other desktop applications:

Form templates in other formats such as Illustrator, InDesign, QuarkXPress, CorelDraw and PageMaker are best suited for experienced users and others in the graphics trade/industry, view product description for application availability. Most templates are bundled with document and template versions, in addition, come bundled with an Acrobat PDF fully editable file, original artworks, user manuals and support.

* Some templates are meant to be filled out by hand, other templates may not yet be available in fillable form, we are doing our best to upgrade our templates with these new features and chances are your template will arrive in all three types, but if it does not, you will at least receive the standard template and one of the fill-as-you-type templates.
