DESCRIPTION: Use this form whenever your customer makes a change to the original contract. Changes in writing like this are easy to prove. Verbal changes rarely stand up in court. Also be sure to allow extra time for the completion of any changes, you won’t think it matters until a customer sues you because the job took too long! Even changes that do not cost anything or might even result in a credit due the customer, like a change in the color or type of the roofing material, should be documented on a change order and allotted extra time. When properly used, change orders will do more to keep you out of court than probably any other form!

Extremely flexible and easy to use. Customize to your business needs using MS Word, Adobe Reader, Acrobat or Illustrator.

Customize the form to your own business needs using Microsoft Word, edit your company information, import your logo(s), and change just about any other form element (fom is completely editable). When you are finished customizing, use the Word tab-fillable form enabled template that allows you to jump to each editable form field using your tab key to quickly fill out the form from your desktop or laptop (field work) and send to your printer for a finished, professional look.

The form for use with Microsoft Word is bundled with 3 types of templates: 1) standard (good choice for offset printing or to print blank forms to fill out by hand); 2) text-box-fillable (easiest way to fill out the form, just replace sample text with your own) and 3) Word form-fillable template (allows you to fill out the form using the tab and arrow keys to stop at each field).
