A detailed, specific proposal allowing the customer to see exactly what a particular contractor is promising to do (and at what cost), while also allowing the contractor to manage customer expectations avoiding customer misunderstandings or disputes along the way ensuring smooth job/project transaction from start to finish.

Customize the form to meet your own business needs using Microsoft Word or our new, fully editable, interactive PDF form document for use with free Adobe Reader; both form versions come bundled together -why both? it's about giving you, the customer choices to see which will work best for your business environment. Use this form first to initially propose your work and don't confuse your customer by showing him long and confusing legal documents and contracts from the start. Propose your work in an easy to read form rather than using legal documents, you will find it to be a more effective tool in obtaining the job.
