DESCRIPTION: An HVAC energy savings and maintenance agreement with additional form fields to add equipment accessories. Features various maintenance agreements for customer budgeting considerations, plenty of checkboxes that make filling out the form fast and easy.

Easy to customize to your specific business needs using Microsoft Word's editing tools. Add your company information in the form header, import your company logo and other images, add/edit/delete any of the field titles, customize plan benefits, tune-up procedures bulleted items and other form elements. All form text and elements completely editable.

When you are done customizing your form save it to your hardisk and use it to fill out your form using Microsoft Word's form fillable options that allow you to move to each fillable form field using the tab key (form may also be printed and filled out by hand). When filled out, print it and deliver a professional looking form to your customer, also save your completed form to your hard disk for future reference. Use your empty template every time you need to fill out an agreement and save on the high costs of printing fees.

Form is also available in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator format for delivery to your offset printer for quantity/NCR printing. Save money on typesetting fees and eliminate mistakes and misunderstandings with your printer by delivering your camera-ready form artwork to your local printer.

Customize the form to your own business needs using Microsoft Word, edit your company information, import your logo(s), and change just about any other form element (fom is completely editable). When you are finished customizing, use the Word tab-fillable form enabled template that allows you to jump to each editable form field using your tab key to quickly fill out the form from your desktop or laptop (field work) and send to your printer for a finished, professional look.

The form for use with Microsoft Word is bundled with 3 types of templates: 1) standard (good choice for offset printing or to print blank forms to fill out by hand); 2) text-box-fillable (easiest way to fill out the form, just replace sample text with your own) and 3) Word form-fillable template (allows you to fill out the form using the tab and arrow keys to stop at each field).

In addition you receive SnappyFORMS' new Interactive PDF form for use with free Adobe Reader or Adobe Professional software.
