Since SnappyForms.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

 Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us after various attempts on both parties to have shown good will in receiving file via download link, file attachment or snail mail offering;

download issues: it may happen so that you are have troubles with downloading of the product and various attempts have been initiated in good will by both parties;

irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product editing: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team's approval;

product not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned. To prevent this situation every customer is suggested to check system requirements and the user should have some knowledge using the software required to use the templates offered before making the purchase. It helps to research the product's structure and evaluate one's skills in working with form template and Microsoft Word and free Adobe Reader.

If after one year you find that our software has not helped you increase your business form print sales simply return it to use and you'll receive a full refund less shipping charges. Refund Request

Requests for a refund are accepted at Billing@SnappyFORMS.com within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You may also use our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system found inside your account area for which you signed-up when you made your purchase. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have carefully read 'online help' section.

The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. A copy of the document is sent to you at once after review of your refund request. Please, acknowledge that by mutual consent Exchange can be done to avoid a Refund.
