SnappyFORMS is committed to ensuring the security of all transactions made at its store, giving you a safe and secure, worry-free environment to shop for trade business forms. All credit card and billing information provided by our customers is never handled by SnappyFORMS but directly processed by 2CheckOut and also by PayPal, our payment gateway partners that employ SSL encryption technology to ensure a safe shopping environment for you. Together, SnappyFORMS, 2CheckOut and PayPal make every effort to protect confidentiality and prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information provided to us by you.

SnappyFORMS never collects, captures, retains, stores your credit card number or any other financial information in any form or manner -in fact we do not even have access to it. All transactions and financial information is done between the customer and 2CheckOut and/or PayPal.

You will be able to tell if you are visiting a secure website using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security by looking at the security indicator displayed by your browser. You will usually find the following icons displayed on the payment or final checkout page that requires you to enter sensitive information, such as your credit card and billing information:

SnappyFORMS never shares, sells or gives out information of its customers to any parties unless authorized by the customer. The only time information is given out (which is authorized by the customer) is during the payment process whereby billing information is handed over to 2CheckOut/PayPal and the customer's corresponding credit card company for processing.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, SnappyFORMS will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. SnappyFORMS will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at SnappyFORMS while using the 2CheckOut/PayPal secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PROCESS WORKS?

All the payment processes occur so quickly and efficiently in the background that customers do not even realize what actually takes place at the back-end. The whole process is swift and seamless, and security is assured by 2CheckOut and PayPal for you, our customer. The following are simplified steps taken when a purchase is made from our store.

1. You logon to the Internet and visit SnappyFORMS.
2. You search for trade business forms in our online catalog.
3. You add your form(s) to your Shopping Cart and proceed to checkout.
4. You are redirected to the secure 2CheckOut/PayPal payment center containing your purchase details.
5. If using 2CheckOut you enter your credit card details, If using PayPal, you log into your PayPal account.
6. You authorize the purchase and submit the form
7. Your credit card is authorized.
8. Acceptance confirmation is sent to SnappyFORMS by 2CheckOut/PayPal
9. You will then receive a confirmation notice that your transaction has gone through successfully.
10. Fund transfer takes place.
