File Formats:

Each form comes in 3 variations:
1) Standard Form with blank form fields for filling out by hand or field work or to use as a draft to deliver camera-ready artwork to your offset printer.
2) Text-Box Fillable Form with sample text to guide you in filling out the form, very simple to use.
3) Word Interactive Forms that allow you to navigate the form using the your keyboard's tab and arrow keys to jump to each editable field as you fill out the form, offering quality form fill-in functions and best security.

Document Size:
All documents are 8.5" x 11" format, with 1/4 inch bleed to allow printing in inkjet, laserjet and laser printers.

Form Color:
Forms come in standard blue. New form features allow you to change every color aspect of the form including graphic elements; change font colors, lines and border colors to fit your corporate colors. If you wish to print them as "black" you can easily adjust your printer settings to print document as black before you print, if you want a contemporary look, print them as is, it's up to you.

Clip Art:
All forms come with original clip art and/or original logos which may be changed to suite your business needs, all graphics are high-resolution images.

File Protection:
None, period. Our forms come completely unprotected/unlocked, they may be fully edited and used over and over again.


The Illustrator version business form templates are only available as loose forms, please use the search engine and product ID (SKU) to locate specific forms.

Illustrator forms are best suited for experienced users and others in the graphics trade/industry.

 

PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Artwork is camera-ready to print to your desktop inkjet/laser printer or you may give the files to your printer for larger printing quantities. (Illustrator files are best suited for delivery to an offset printer) We do offer free document conversion (Word to an Adobe Illustrator file) to myBusiness Form Kit registered customers.
  • Gripper range may vary from 1/4" to 5/16" suitable for most offset printing metal and paper plates
  • Printing to desktop printers is also supported/optional -and highly recommended! Most forms come in contemporary blue color but may be printed to black and/or halftones by adjusting the printer settings prior to printing; new kit features allow you to change font, ruling and border colors.
