I would give negative stars if possible. I purchased a form for $35.00 and have not received any email link and when I Submitted a help ticket they said i already downloaded the form twice. This company is a ripoff. Buyer beware....

In the support ticket we elaborated on your issue Richard, we also explained about the default Windows path for downloads and provided some search suggestions and never heard back from you to further assist you, even by phone support -if still needed.
